How do I request a sample?
Send your address to email@example.com or complete the contact form on the contact page. A sample will be sent to you within 5 working days. Please note that colour can vary slightly between different print runs, so the colour of your stationery may not match the original sample you receive.
How much do samples cost?
Single sample invitations are free.
Can my sample be customised?
Hard copy samples cannot be personalised. However, digital PDF samples can be semi-customised to show different colours and font styles.
Do you offer bespoke wedding stationery?
Peony & Rose specialises in customised wedding stationery, a bespoke design service is not available.
Can I meet you/call you to discuss my stationery?
Unfortunately I do not offer one-to-one consultations, however I am always available over email if you have any questions. I do attend wedding fairs throughout the year and would love for you to pop along. Next events:

Can the fonts be changed?
Yes, all wedding stationery is customisable. Please send a photo or the name of the font to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can the colours be changed?
Yes, most of the designs can have the colours changed. Email your colour swatch to email@example.com and it will be matched as closely as possible.
Is there a minimum order?
A minimum order of eight (8) applies to table names, table numbers and menu cards, a minimum order of sixty (60) applies to place cards and a minimum order of thirty (30) applies to save the date cards, wedding invitations, evening invitations, civil partnership invitations, RSVP cards, guest information cards, belly bands and orders of service.
I need less than 30 invitations, can you help?
I may be able to help depending on the quantity needed, however the cost per item will be significantly higher than the prices listed. This also applies if you need extra invitations/stationery following an initial order. To avoid unnecessary expense, it is recommended that you include plenty of spare stationery at the time of ordering.
Will I see a proof of my stationery before it is printed?
A PDF proof of your wedding stationery will be emailed to you before being sent to print. You will have the opportunity to request any changes. Nothing will be printed without you seeing it first and being 100% happy with everything.
Can I see a PRINTED proof of my invitation?
A single printed proof of a standard invitation is available at a cost of £25.00 + £4.95 postage, or £35.00 + £4.95 postage for a foil invitation. Turnaround time is 7-10 working days. Please note that colour can vary slightly between different print runs, so the colour of your finished stationery may not match the printed proof you receive.
Do you offer a proof reading service?
Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery does not offer a proof reading service. If proofs are approved by yourself with mistakes and are subsequently printed, Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery takes no responsibility. Replacements will result in additional costs for you. You are responsible for checking your PDF proofs for all content including dates, timings, spellings and grammar.
Can I request changes after I have approved my proofs for print?
No. Once you have approved your PDF proofs for print, they are sent straight to the printers.
Can you print guest names onto invitations?
Your guests names can be printed onto standard print invitations. Unfortunately this service is not available for foil invitations. To receive a quote, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Can you print addresses onto envelopes?
Unfortunately this service is not available.
What is the lead time?
It tends to vary per customer (depending on how many proof revisions), but the average lead time is 4 weeks from ordering to receiving your stationery.
How much does delivery cost?
UK mainland delivery costs £4.95. This excludes the highlands and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
How will my stationery be delivered?
Delivery is Monday-Friday via Royal Mail Special Delivery, First Class Signed For, DPD and 24hour Parcelforce. Delivery on all orders is tracked and will require a signature upon receipt.
Does colour print the same as seen on screen?
Due to variations in the set up of computer monitors and mobile devices, colours can vary between screens. Printers are also calibrated differently, therefore printed colour will vary between different printers and different print runs. As a general rule, colour on screen will always look slightly brighter than the printed version.
